A few months back I was introduced to the book Always Eat After 7 PM from author Joel Marion and because the title was so tempting I decided to give it a read. On my blog, I rarely talk about weight loss because, to be honest, it’s a topic that I really struggle with. Although my pregnancy was amazing, but towards the end of it I had gained almost 70 pounds. And after my delivery trying to get back to my healthy weight range has been a constant struggle and I am still working towards it.

While growing up enjoying a nighttime snack post-dinner was my favorite thing to do. And that continued well after I entered into motherhood. After becoming a mom, time has always been my biggest struggle. Between being a full-time working mom, taking care of household activities, a baby, and growing a blog, I am always hustling. And so in all this the time that I actually get to work on my blog or anything for myself is usually late in the night after Mishika has gone to bed and the house is the quietest.

Although I am most productive in the night but along with that the issue of nighttime binging always prevails, as after a couple of hours in the night, I usually find myself starving and love to find myself a tasty snack to eat. Nighttime binging definitely satisfies my hunger, but it would still leave me feeling stressed as like all of you I have also grown up listening to how nighttime binging can actually help you put on weight and slow your metabolism. And in my case, as I am already trying really hard to lose the weight, putting on more weight, just sounds very stressful.

Hence, my main reason to pick this diet book to read was because it seemed to provide me a good solution to my current problem. And I am going, to be honest, after reading this book it has completely changed my mindset on how to approach my health and wellness journey.

Joel Marion, who is a nutritionist and fitness expert and also the co-founder of BioTrust Nutrition, very articulately has broken the long-existing stereotype myths. He has talked about things like how late-night eating post-dinner will not make you fat as well it does not slow your metabolism or skipping breakfast is not a big thing. After growing up listening to the exact opposite of what Joel Marion is trying to convey in his book, I decided to give his diet formula a try.

Being a science person, I am someone who believes in results and facts and hence I decided to opt a few of his techniques for a couple of weeks to see how it turns out for me. As mentioned in the book, I added the intermittent fasting in my diet routine as well started my day by a power drink like a probiotic/super green blend and talking from my personal experience, I have started to feel lighter as well as more energetic.

I am very excited to give this book a try and follow the three-phase program as mentioned in the book. In the coming few weeks, you can expect me to share my personal experience of trying out the three-phase program as mentioned in the book and after seeing the results from the past, I am very excited to see how the next few weeks will turn out for me.

If you are interested in trying out the Always Eat After 7 PM three-phase program that teaches you how to lose big by strategically eating big when you are naturally hungriest which may sound too good to be true, then make sure to grab a copy of your book here.

And also stay tuned for my progress, that I will be sharing with you all in the coming weeks!
