Hearty, tasty and flavoured tomato sauce pasta with a twist of pesto aioli paste always leaving you wanting for more.
You guys know how much I love making tomato sauce pasta at home. And since the pandemic, this recipe has become my favourite weekend “relaxing & easy to cook” recipe. Every weekend, I boil a big bowl of pasta for my entire family, we pick a fun movie to watch on Disney+ and just lounge at home and have some fun.
I have always loved trying different versions of this pasta-like cooking it in Indian spices here or trying a different white sauce base like as shown in a similar style here. None of the versions has disappointed me so far. I think it’s the versatility of this pasta that all the sauce goes really well with it. But if you guys are interested in trying this recipe out, then you have to give this latest twist of mine a try.
Recently while walking through the Wegmans store, I stumbled upon a Stonewall kitchen pesto aioli paste bottle. This paste has been a complete game-changer. Just mix one tablespoon of the pesto aioli paste to a single serving of the pasta, brings out such an amazing twist to the taste that it will leave you with a desire for wanting more.
Pesto is a sauce from the Italy origin and is made from the basil leaves and pine nuts and aioli is of Spain origin also known as Mayonaise. Mixing these two together is what pesto aioli paste is made up of and it is filled with such delicious flavours that can be used for many things like a dip, spread on the burger or use it as a mixing paste in your pasta. Whatever method you try, I am sure you will not be surprised by its amazing flavours and tangy taste. I hope you give this recipe a try and if you do make it, do tag me on Instagram @totallymom_sense. I would love to see your magical creations.
