Yogurt & Fresh Fruit Parfait
These easy-to-make and healthy breakfast parfaits are packed in layers with yogurt, fresh fruits and oat crunch.
Servings: 2
- 2 cups Honey Vanilla Greek Gods Yogurt
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries Sliced
- 1 thin Sliced Banana
- 1 pint Fresh Raspberries or Blueberries
- 1 cup Granola
At the bottom of the mason jar, place one layer of the vanilla Greek Gods Honey Vanilla Yogurt.
Alternate with freshly sliced bananas, vanilla yogurt and berries.
Once you reach the top of the jar, top the parfait with oat crunch and fresh sliced strawberries. You can also add honey or chocolate flakes.
If you are making parfaits to be used over the following days, then make sure to add the granolas only when you are serving them as they can get soggy. Also, for my 2 year old I like to crush the oat crunch or granola in tiny pieces before serving her to prevent choking hazards.
