It was so helpful to me throughout my pregnancy to help me position myself properly while sleeping and it provided me the much-needed support for my growing belly. As soon as I found out that I was pregnant, I started taking these one-a-day prenatal vitamins. These vitamins worked really well with my body and did not cause me any nausea or stomach upset which is a concern for many pregnant women when they take their prenatal vitamins. 3. Stretch mark oil

With your growing belly, your skin is going to get stretched and eventually leave stretch marks after the delivery.
