Throughout my pregnancy, I had gained close to 70 pounds, and honestly losing all that weight after having my daughter has been really tough. To be honest, I was a little skeptical to try out intermittent fasting initially mainly because I was under the impression that it would be too hard to follow and imbibe in my regular routine. But to my surprise, intermittent fasting has turned out to be a complete game-changer. I have already lost 4 pounds in just 2 weeks, my stomach does not feel bloated anymore and I have a ton of energy to carry myself through the day. For the last two weeks, I have been diligent about following the acceleration phase program and have absolutely loved the results.

How difficult is the Always Eat After 7 PM plan to follow?
