Today I am on week 3 of following the diet program as mentioned in the diet book Always Eat After 7 PM book and in this blog post, I am very excited to share with you how this book has helped me get closer to my health and wellness goals.

A week back I had shared with all of you in one of my blog post on why I had decided to give the diet book Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion a try. One of my common struggles when it comes to losing weight has been nighttime binging especially after entering motherhood and not forgetting my long struggle with my ongoing postpartum weight loss journey. You can read my previous blog post here.

Throughout my pregnancy, I had gained close to 70 pounds, and honestly losing all that weight after having my daughter has been really tough. As I was in the middle of trying out everything possible, I was overly tempted to try out the diet formula in the Always Eat After 7 PM book, especially because the title was so tempting, and I could relate to it really well.

This book has a three phase diet formula – The acceleration phase, the main phase, and the lifestyle phase which helps you train your body for weight loss as well as helps you make a big healthy lifestyle change. As I am currently in the onboarding acceleration phase, one of the first things that I have picked up from the diet book has been intermittent fasting.

The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good

To be honest, I was a little skeptical to try out intermittent fasting initially mainly because I was under the impression that it would be too hard to follow and imbibe in my regular routine. But to my surprise, intermittent fasting has turned out to be a complete game-changer. I have already lost 4 pounds in just 2 weeks, my stomach does not feel bloated anymore and I have a ton of energy to carry myself through the day. For the last two weeks, I have been diligent about following the acceleration phase program and have absolutely loved the results.

Below are Joel Marion’s own words on easy it is to follow the Always Eat After 7 PM diet.

Joel Marion

How difficult is the Always Eat After 7 PM plan to follow?

It's not. And that's exactly why I wrote the book. While any diet is never truly easy, it can be more enjoyable and much easier to adhere to when you understand how Always Eat After 7 PM works because it caters to our bodies' natural instincts.

If you are interested in trying out the Always Eat After 7 PM three-phase program that teaches you how to lose big by strategically eating big when you are naturally hungriest which may sound too good to be true, then make sure to grab a copy of your book here.

And also, I am very excited to share with you all my progress journey as I move along the three phases of the diet book. In the upcoming blog post, I will share with you my update on completing the acceleration phase and also how I plan to include the next two phases in my diet plan and wellness journey.
